This is a treatment which mainly deals with the stones that are larger in size. A hole is made in the back of your skin to reach the kidney. Then an endoscope is passed to the kidney via that hole. After getting the exact position of the stone, it is fragmented and is removed out from the kidney. A tube sometimes is left in the kidney which is removed later on the second day.
